What is Aerobic Exercise- Cardio and aerobics ... - Living Healthy

Aerobics, AKA cardio, is a cardiovascular exercise. Aerobics are long duration exercises that use up oxygen. Anaerobic exercises are the opposite. Exercises that last from a few seconds to no more then 2 minutes can be categorized as anaerobic.
